Location: Eastern United States (Remote with Travel)

NKE Safety Apparel, a fast-growing leader in Fire Retardant (FR) and High-Visibility (Hi-Vis) apparel, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations and market expansion across the Eastern United States. This is a key role in strengthening NKE’s presence in a region rich with industrial, construction, and utility clients.

We are looking for a sales professional with proven experience in FR apparel, strong B2B relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of the Eastern U.S. market. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and ready to take full ownership of this high-potential territory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Execute Regional Sales Strategy

  • Lead the development of a regional sales plan focused on driving FR apparel sales across Eastern states.
  • Achieve regional revenue targets by identifying key market opportunities.
  • Align sales efforts with company objectives and collaborate with internal teams for execution.

2. Build and Manage Client Relationships

  • Maintain strong, ongoing communication with key customers, distributors, and industrial partners.
  • Provide tailored safety apparel solutions to meet specific client needs.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

3. Expand Market Presence

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target sectors such as construction, utilities, manufacturing, and logistics.
  • Grow NKE’s distributor network and strengthen its brand presence across the region.
  • Track market trends and adapt strategies based on changing client needs.

4. Represent NKE at Industry Events

  • Attend trade shows, safety conferences, and networking events throughout the Eastern U.S.
  • Present NKE’s product lines and value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Stay up to date with local safety standards and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling Fire Retardant (FR) apparel in the Eastern U.S.
  • Strong B2B sales experience and background in distributor/channel management.
  • In-depth understanding of industrial markets in states such as NY, PA, NJ, OH, NC, GA, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Proactive in maintaining close communication with customers and willing to travel regularly for in-person meetings and onsite visits.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be based in the Eastern U.S. and willing to travel frequently.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
