Enverus is seeking an industry experienced Sales Manager to join our Commercial Operator Oil & Gas sales team. You will lead a high-performing group responsible for retention, cross-sell upgrades, and new logos across the energy sector.

In this fast-paced SaaS environment, you’ll forecast revenue, coordinate with marketing and product, coach the sales force, and drive ARR growth while delivering exceptional customer value.

Qualifications

8+ years of sales experience
3-5 years managing a high performing sales team
Experience in SaaS sales with focus on gross and net retention
Upstream Oil & Gas or Energy experience
Experience using AI tools for sales efficiency
Excellent communicator
Proven track record of ARR growth and quota attainment

Responsibilities

Forecast weekly and annual retention for current customers
Forecast growth opportunities via cross-sell and net-new logos
Coordinate go-to-market plans with marketing, product and sales
Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations
Set sales territories, quotas, and goals
Lead sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and 1:1s
Mentor sales team to progress deals
Liaise between sales and other departments
