Sales Manager - New Business Development

Role Overview:

The Sales Manager will focus on building and maintaining a robust pipeline of new business, supporting strategic growth, and enhancing customer relationships through a consultative approach. The role directly impacts revenue by securing new clients and developing existing accounts.

Compensation:

Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $125,000 USD, with an uncapped commission structure. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is included. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual eager to maximize earnings.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. New Business Development: Develop sales strategies, prospect effectively, conduct market research, negotiate lease and service transactions, collaborate with marketing for promotional activities, and ensure excellent onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships, understand client needs, and act as the main contact for key accounts.
  3. Strategic Planning & Market Expansion: Work with leadership to explore new markets, monitor industry trends, attend industry events, and promote the company’s services.
  4. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, provide regular sales reports, and analyze data for process improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business or Management.
  • 5+ years in vehicle fleet management, equipment leasing, or related fields.
  • Proven success in B2B sales, client relationship building, and achieving targets.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
Skills & Physical Demands:
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and understand financial data.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Willing to travel over 50% across North America.
