• Aggressively working on special finance deals
• Closing customers effectively
• Securing down payments from customers
• Training team members on handling special finance customers
• Developing relationships with special finance companies
• Collaborating with the finance manager to maintain accurate contracts in transit
• Working with the BDC and CRM to manage potential customers
