Job summary

McDonald Mazda North in Longmont, CO, is seeking an experienced automotive sales professional with leadership capabilities to support a high-performing sales team. You will cultivate customer relationships, drive sales, and mentor staff to close deals while improving productivity.

The role emphasizes deep industry knowledge, a strong network, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 5 years of previous automotive sales experience is required.
• 5 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• 1 year of Dealer System Management (DMS) experience.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
• Build relationships with customers to establish a customer network.
• Provide training and support for the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
• Help manage the productivity of the sales department.
• Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.
• Works with salespeople on programs to increase sales and helps close deals when necessary.
