Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales management experience with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding conversion targets.
• Ability to personally sell, not just manage others who do.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales and intake team on discovery call performance and conversion best practices.
• Personally conduct discovery calls with prospective clients and close retained matters.
• Own conversion metrics from first contact to signed retainer and monitor weekly, monthly, quarterly targets.
• Manage all lead stages in HubSpot and ensure no prospect falls through the cracks.
• Run weekly pipeline reviews and deliver sales performance reports to firm leadership.
• Collaborate on intake process improvements, pricing strategy, and new matter scripting.
