Job summary

M.E. Flow is seeking a Sales Manager in Lorton to lead a high‑performing sales team across HVAC, plumbing and electrical disciplines.

You will drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and coaching frontline teams through hands‑on, live training experiences. You will develop market insights, partner with service teams to capture new opportunities, and ensure budgeting and KPI targets are met.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading a sales team or in sales leadership roles.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Skilled in leading change management initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem solving.
• Self‑motivated with a drive for results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across the organization.
• Effective time management with attention to detail and prioritization.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite/Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by meeting/exceeding sales goals across revenue channels (HCAs, technicians, plumbers, electricians, CSRs).
• Oversee multi‑trade sales across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades, using financing options to boost sales.
• Review dispatch board and coordinate with dispatch/Managers to assign resources.
• Manage comprehensive training programs with hands‑on sessions for all staff; establish KPIs to track performance.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to develop strategies and analyze local markets.
• Be available for nights, afterhours, weekends, and holidays as needed to support operations and meet sales objectives.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team and align with the “Southern Model”.
