The role features base pay with uncapped commissions, a supportive culture, and opportunities for growth across a nationwide network of locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a commission-driven environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading top-performing teams.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strategic thinking with proactive client needs assessment.
• Ability to mentor and manage a small team (2–5 people).
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute established sales processes to meet revenue targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle: consulting, closing, and retention.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify improvements.
• Deliver engaging product consultations to convert leads into clients.
• Promote treatment packages using persuasive sales techniques and value propositions.
• Solicit client reviews and referrals; utilize financing to aid sales.
• Coach team members to hit goals and foster a positive environment.
• Build strong customer relationships with world-class service.
• Assist clients with questions about treatments; handle confidential information.
