Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is hiring a Sales Manager to lead in-store sales and customer experience across our stores. You will build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships, set sales goals, and drive growth with marketing strategies.

In this role you’ll assist the General Manager with operations, help coordinate deliveries when needed, and play a key part in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with performance incentives and competitive pay.
