Walser Chrysler Jeep Dodge, part of Walser Automotive Group, is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to coach Customer Specialists, close deals, and develop sales talent in Minnesota. You will drive results, shape culture, and lead from the floor with accountability and energy.

The role includes overseeing F&I performance, setting expectations, and building a high-performing team while maintaining exceptional customer experiences and strong leadership presence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year of automobile sales experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Customer Specialists through the sales process.
• Establish sales and gross-performance expectations.
• Drive showroom performance with stronger appointment handling and closing rates.
• Partner with Finance to improve F&I performance and product penetration.
• Monitor performance and provide actionable coaching.
• Ensure an exceptional Walser customer experience.
• Lead by example with energy, accountability and teamwork.
