Job summary

Hot Tubs of Tennessee seeks a Sales Manager in Mount Juliet, TN to lead a team of sales professionals and drive strategic growth across our showroom network.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff; manage CRM-driven activities; and report results while collaborating with marketing and product teams to hit annual targets. Residence in Tennessee required; some travel to other company offices may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years in sales management with proven leadership.
• Experience in B2C sales; strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new sales staff; mentor the team.
• Build and manage key client relationships and accounts.
• Monitor performance, generate reports, and provide forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams on strategy.
• Develop budgeting, pricing, and business development plans.
