Hot Tubs of Tennessee Germantown, TN is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and coach a team of sales professionals. The role focuses on driving sales strategy, implementing processes, and tracking performance to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales leadership, strong business acumen, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Travel to other company offices in Tennessee is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 3+ years in a sales management role with a proven leadership track record.
• Experience in a B2C environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Set annual and monthly sales objectives and monitor results.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new sales staff; provide coaching.
• Lead client acquisition and retention; manage key accounts.
• Monitor performance, generate reports, and align with marketing/product teams.
• Develop budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies.
• Travel to other company offices as required in Tennessee.
