Weed Man Lawn Care / Mosquito Hero in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a growing sales team and drive client satisfaction. The role focuses on meeting sales goals, coaching staff, and coordinating interviews while aligning with marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of management experience in sales, strong communication and leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving quotas. This full-time position includes medical benefits and 401K options.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience, preferably in a call center
• Proven sales track record and related industry experience
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive sales teams
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet company goals
• Motivate and coach sales team to achieve quotas
• Hold team accountable and provide coaching as needed
• Schedule, supervise, and train sales staff
• Monitor customer service standards in the sales department
• Assist with marketing campaigns
• Schedule, screen and conduct job interviews
• Track daily performance and prepare weekly reports
• Review and analyze sales and operational data to project profitability and identify new markets
• Resolve customer complaints and staffing issues affecting sales operations
• Collaborate with leadership to develop quotas and strategies
