Home Genius Exteriors is seeking elite sales professionals for a Sales Manager in Training program in the United States. The 2-quarter leadership track focuses on sales excellence and leadership development, with a clear career path into management and high earning potential.

The program offers uncapped compensation, weekly commissions, and career coaching, along with medical, dental & vision benefits after 30 days. Occasional travel for training is possible.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in home improvement or similar
• Proven success selling high-ticket products/services
• Strong communication skills with leadership potential

2-Quarter Leadership Track

Quarter 1: Sales Excellence

• Master our proven in-home sales process
• Sell roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Lead by example through performance, accountability, and professionalism
• Achieve key performance benchmarks

Quarter 2: Leadership Development

• Mentor and coach new sales representatives
• Lead trainings, team huddles, and ride-alongs
• Drive accountability, culture, and results
• Help develop future top performers

What We’re Looking For
