Home Genius Exteriors in Charlotte, NC seeks a Sales Manager in Training to build a high-performing team and accelerate growth toward leadership. You will master our in-home sales process, close high-ticket roofing, siding, windows, and doors, and drive revenue while upholding top-tier client care.

The two-quarter program blends hands-on selling with leadership coaching, weekly pay, and structured mentorship to prepare you for a sales leadership role as the company scales nationwide.

Our Sales Manager in Training role is a 2-quarter track to master our system, prove your results, and step into leadership in a high-growth environment.

2-Quarter Management Track

Quarter 1: Sales Foundation

Earn the right to lead by becoming a top producer and mastering our proven sales process.

• Master our in-home sales system
• Sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors
• Lead by example and set the standard for performance and culture
• Demonstrate consistent accountability, professionalism, and work ethic
• Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks

Quarter 2: Leadership & Mentorship

Transition from top performer to team leader by developing and coaching others.

• Mentor and develop new sales representatives through ride-alongs and coaching
• Lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings
• Drive team culture, accountability, and performance
• Assist in onboarding and developing future top producers
• Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven sales success within the home improvement or similar industry
• Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue and/or maintaining elite closing percentages
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services
• Strong communication, leadership potential, and a competitive mindset
• Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high-performing team

Compensation & Benefits

• Uncapped Earnings Potential: $150,000–$300,000+ OTE
• Weekly Pay: Competitive commissions paid weekly

Schedule
