You will drive pipeline management, implement KPI-driven processes, and scale the sales organization while reporting to leadership on performance and strategy.

M&H Home Solutions is a growing South Florida residential home improvement company specializing in roofing, impact windows & doors, pools, exterior renovations, and other high-ticket home improvement solutions.

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can do more than manage numbers. We want a hands‑on sales leader who can recruit, train, coach, motivate, hold people accountable—and close deals personally when needed.

If you've built sales teams, developed closers, and know how to turn a sales process into measurable results, this could be a strong opportunity.

What You'll Own

• Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop sales representatives.
• Build and continuously improve the sales training program.
• Coach reps on discovery, presentations, objections, negotiation, and closing.
• Establish KPIs, activity standards, accountability, and performance expectations.
• Manage pipelines, appointments, follow‑up, proposals, and CRM activity.
• Lead sales meetings, role‑plays, and performance reviews.
• Identify weaknesses in the sales process and implement solutions.
• Help close challenging and high‑value opportunities.
• Personally sell when needed and lead from the front.
• Work with company leadership to improve sales strategy and scale the department.

What We're Looking For

Experience managing salespeople is essential.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Proven in sales management, coaching, and team development
• Strong in high‑ticket sales, objection handling, negotiation, and closing
• Comfortable recruiting and identifying sales talent
• Highly organized and driven by KPIs and measurable performance
• Experienced with CRM and pipeline management
• Comfortable creating accountability and managing performance
• A confident communicator who can motivate different personalities
• Competitive, coachable, and results‑oriented
• Still capable of personally selling and closing

Industry Experience

Home improvement or construction sales experience is highly preferred, including:

Roofing | Impact Windows & Doors | Pools | Solar | HVAC | Remodeling | In-Home Sales | Construction | Other High‑Ticket Sales

Exceptional sales leaders from other commission‑driven industries may also be considered.
