Home Genius Exteriors in South Carolina is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders.

Responsibilities include hiring/training, coaching, ride-alongs, scheduling, and weekly performance reviews. Weekend work required; W2 with OTE $175,000–$350,000+ and benefits.

Qualifications

• One-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling) — required.
• 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Weekend work is required.

Position: Sales Manager
