Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team across the South Carolina market. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders in a field-based environment.

Requirements include one-call close experience in exterior/interior remodeling, 3+ years in sales, and 1+ year in sales management, plus a high school diploma or equivalent. Weekend work is required, with OTE $175,000–$350,000+ and comprehensive benefits.

Position: Sales Manager
We’re seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team in our South Carolina Market. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops)
  
• Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement
  
• Perform ride-alongs (4–5 per week) and run 4+ personal leads weekly
  
• Review and adjust schedules, complete cancel-save appointments
  
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
  
• Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals
  

Requirements

• One-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling) — required
  
• 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales management
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Weekend work is required
