Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders.

We offer a field-based, full-time position with high earning potential through OTE. Weekly draw, commissions, and bonuses are included to reward top performers.

Formación

• One-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling).
• 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops).
• Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement.
• Ride alongs and in-field coaching.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals.
