Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review contracts for compliance and accuracy, and guide staff accordingly
• Utilize CRM to identify warm leads and assign them to the team
• Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns and target audiences
• Develop annual sales plans for associates and track progress
• Support change initiatives and adapt to evolving processes and cultures
