• Provide initial and ongoing sales instruction to ensure that all Sales Counselors meet or exceed the needs of the customers.
• Manage Sales Counselors acting as their primary reference regarding aftercare, prospecting, product knowledge, sales presentations, closing skills, prices and paperwork.
