Lead commercial growth and market expansion across the alternative investment sector in the United States. You will drive revenue generation by identifying, pitching, and securing fund administration mandates with emerging and established asset managers. Leveraging a consultative, relationship-driven approach, you will position comprehensive back- and middle-office solutions to CFOs, COOs, and fund principals while expanding a nationwide network of key industry intermediaries.
Commercial Execution & Quota Attainment: Drive new business revenue by managing the complete sales lifecycle—from initial market mapping and pitching to pricing negotiations, RFP responses, and contract execution.
Pipeline Generation & Management: Build, qualify, and convert an active pipeline of prospective fund managers; maintain rigorous CRM tracking and deliver weekly updates on pipeline metrics, sales velocity, and market trends.
Intermediary & Ecosystem Networking: Cultivate high-value referral channels across fund formation attorneys, audit partners, prime brokers, allocators, and industry consultants.
Cross-Functional Transition: Partner closely with onboarding, operations, and client service teams to ensure seamless mandate transitions and establish long-term client retention.
Market Ambassadorship: Represent the firm at alternative investment conferences, industry summits, and networking events; supply frontline market intelligence to shape product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing collateral.
Industry Experience: Proven track record in B2B business development, institutional sales, or client relationship management within the fund administration or asset servicing sector.
Asset Class Exposure: Strong understanding of alternative investment fund structures and operational workflows. Direct experience or familiarity with the private side (Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, or Private Debt) is a distinct advantage.
Network & Execution: Established access to the U.S. alternative investment community and key professional intermediaries (legal, prime brokerage, audit).
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional consultative pitching and executive-presence skills, with the ability to engage CFOs, COOs, and General Partners on complex operational requirements.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
