Leveraging a consultative, relationship-driven approach, you will position comprehensive back- and middle-office solutions to CFOs, COOs, and fund principals while expanding a nationwide network of key industry intermediaries.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Execution & Quota Attainment: Drive new business revenue by managing the complete sales lifecycle—from initial market mapping and pitching to pricing negotiations, RFP responses, and contract execution.

Pipeline Generation & Management: Build, qualify, and convert an active pipeline of prospective fund managers; maintain rigorous CRM tracking and deliver weekly updates on pipeline metrics, sales velocity, and market trends.

Intermediary & Ecosystem Networking: Cultivate high-value referral channels across fund formation attorneys, audit partners, prime brokers, allocators, and industry consultants.

Cross-Functional Transition: Partner closely with onboarding, operations, and client service teams to ensure seamless mandate transitions and establish long-term client retention.

Market Ambassadorship: Represent the firm at alternative investment conferences, industry summits, and networking events; supply frontline market intelligence to shape product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing collateral.

Asset Class Exposure: Strong understanding of alternative investment fund structures and operational workflows. Direct experience or familiarity with the private side (Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, or Private Debt) is a distinct advantage.

Network & Execution: Established access to the U.S. alternative investment community and key professional intermediaries (legal, prime brokerage, audit).

Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional consultative pitching and executive-presence skills, with the ability to engage CFOs, COOs, and General Partners on complex operational requirements.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
