Massage Envy - San Francisco (Hayes Valley) seeks a Sales Manager / Front Desk Lead to elevate client experiences and drive member growth. You will mentor the front desk team, promote Total Body Care, and collaborate with the Clinic Manager on sales strategies.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have an associate degree (or equivalent) and/or 2+ previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills, and the ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities
• Maintain client & membership relationships, have great people skills, and can establish positive feedback from guests and members
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services
• Strong communication skills and maintain professionalism under pressure
• Comfortable with sales conversations/coaching and goal tracking
• Dependable, punctual, and able to lead a team by example

Day-to-Day:

• Provide and maintain outstanding customer service within the team and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Collaborate with the Clinic Manager to execute sales strategies and support business development initiatives, including service rollouts, promotions, and other growth-driving campaigns.
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support the clinic team in greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Responsible for growth and retention of client base, both in-person and through phone/email outreach
• Assist the Clinic Manager in communicating with and providing ongoing support to the service provider team.
• Assist the Clinic Manager with general operational tasks and special projects as needed to support daily business functions
• Serve as an observer and communication liaison for clinic operations, proactively identifying potential issues and communicating clinic needs to the Clinic Manager
