Job summary

Massage Envy Daly City is hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. You will deliver outstanding customer service, educate clients about Total Body Care, book appointments, and respond to inquiries to support clinic flow.

A background in retail or sales and solid math/computer skills are highly valued to grow our client base and ensure guest satisfaction. Employees enjoy healthcare options for full-time staff, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and a range of staff perks including training

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Great people skills and ability to relate to guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and the Wellness Program; promote bookings and homecare retail.
• Schedule services, answer calls and emails, and assist with clinic flow.
• Help grow and retain the client base through in-person and outreach efforts.

Qualified Candidates

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
