Job summary

Massage Envy Blossom Hill in San Jose is hiring for a customer-focused role within our wellness team. You will provide exceptional service, educate clients about Total Body Care, and help grow a loyal client base through bookings and retail recommendations.

We value passionate individuals with people skills, math accuracy, and an interest in massage and skincare services. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with a flexible schedule to suit your life.

Qualifications

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred).
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests.
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
• Promote Total Body Care by educating clients on services and selling the Wellness Program.
• Book clients for future services and encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls and emails.
• Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.
