Who We’re Looking For
We're seeking a full-time licensed real estate professional and leader who is passionate about developing people, supporting agent success, and executing local marketing strategy. This role will oversee agent training, onboarding, accountability, and performance while also leading initiatives to grow the brand’s local visibility through partnerships, social media, and community outreach.
Note: This is not a dual-role for someone actively building their own real estate business. This is a full-time leadership position within our team.
What You’ll Do
Agent Development & Training
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor new agents
- Build and deliver an engaging sales training curriculum
- Hold weekly check-ins and monitor agent KPIs
- Track CRM pipeline activity and ensure follow-ups
- Enforce standards and performance benchmarks
- Maintain and implement operational SOPs
- Audit agent profiles, reviews, and system usage
- Ensure minimum conversion and service levels are met
Coaching & Leadership
- Hold agents accountable for goals and expectations
- Provide strategic guidance for skill and sales growth
- Create systems that support agent performance and retention
- Ensure the team maintains >12% overall conversion
Local Marketing Oversight
- Guide the execution of the community marketing strategy
- Oversee content calendar and brand alignment
- Coordinate team events, sponsorships, and campaigns
- Manage agent bios, platforms, and public review presence
- Build local relationships with businesses and relocation partners
Team Culture & Internal Leadership
- Plan and execute internal training, RED Day, JO Gives, etc.
- Serve as the communication bridge between operations and marketing
- Champion team culture of integrity, growth, and service
- Offer performance-based bonuses

Responsibilities
KPIs You’ll Be Measured By
- Overall team conversion ≥12%
- Zillow customer service score per agent >90
- Agent review ratio: 3 reviews for every 5 closings
- Quarterly hiring and onboarding targets
- Consistent execution of the marketing calendar
- Work on sales scripts with agents
- Manage the activities and performance of the sales team
- Establish and promote a successful sales strategy so the team achieves their sales goals and revenues
- Motivate, teach and train agents, as well as hire and nurture new talent
- Create sales reports in a timely fashion
Qualifications
What You Bring
- Minimum 30 closed transactions in your career
- 3+ years in training, management, or marketing (real estate preferred)
- Proven leadership and coaching skills
- Strong communication and organizational ability
- Social media and local marketing strategy experience
- Tech-savvy with CRM and sales systems
- High energy, detail-oriented, service-driven mindset
Compensation
$106,500 yearly
