Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans for the dental manufacturing sector to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the dental industry, including but not limited to dental clinics, and dental supply stores.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends, opportunities, and threats in the dental industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to align business development strategies and initiatives.
  • Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
  • Provide insightful feedback from clients and prospects to the internal teams, including product development and marketing.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our products and services.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior management.
  • Conduct 12-15 daily field visits, providing explanations of our treatment options and referral process.
  • Cold Calling Actively pursue new business through cold calling to dentists, effectively introducing our services and building relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development in the dental manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of identifying and converting new business opportunities.
  • Excellent understanding of the dental industry, including market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Outstanding negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
