Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales management experience leading teams against measurable revenue and volume targets.

• CRM knowledge preferably Acumatica.

Responsibilities

• Data & Analytics: Track and analyze key performance metrics
• Pipeline Management: Maintain and audit the sales pipeline to accurately forecast revenue
• Performance Coaching: Lead 1-on-1s and provide actionable feedback based on metrics to upskill sales representatives
