Mosaic Partners is seeking a Kitchen Design & Sales Consultant who thrives on blending creativity, client interaction, and sales to deliver premium spaces in Charlotte, NC.

Work with homeowners, builders, architects and designers on high-quality projects, leveraging inbound inquiries and an established dealer network to close opportunities while earning commissions based on success. Training and support from experienced professionals are provided for a dynamic, premium product environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in kitchen design, cabinetry, remodeling, outdoor living, interior design, architectural products, appliance sales, or a related field.
• Experience with 2020 Design, Cyncly Design Flex, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Chief Architect, or similar design software.
• Previous sales or client-facing experience.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Ability to interpret architectural plans and construction drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with homeowners, builders, contractors, architects, designers, and commercial clients to transform project ideas into functional, professionally designed spaces.
• Collaborate with clients to select materials, finishes, and layouts that meet budget and design goals.
• Lead design presentations, respond to inquiries, and close projects through effective consultative selling.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with kitchen, cabinetry, remodeling, interior design, appliance, outdoor-living, or architectural-product experience who wants to work with high-quality projects while earning commission based on their success.

You'll work directly with homeowners, builders, contractors, architects, designers, and commercial clients to transform project ideas into functional, professionally designed spaces.

Most opportunities are generated through inbound inquiries, marketing, referrals, and an established dealer network, allowing you to spend more time consulting with qualified prospective customers and closing projects rather than cold calling.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in kitchen design, cabinetry, remodeling, outdoor living, interior design, architectural products, appliance sales, or a related field.
• Experience with 2020 Design, Cyncly Design Flex, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Chief Architect, or similar design software.
• Previous sales or client-facing experience.
