Job summary

Fish Brothers is looking for an experienced Sales Manager for the Chery dealership. You will lead the sales team, help drive growth and ensure an excellent customer journey.

Reporting to the Head of Business, you will coach, monitor targets and develop people, while maintaining compliance and high manufacturer standards. This role offers a £30,000 base with £60,000 OTE, a company car and extensive benefits, including enhanced holiday entitlement, pension matching and health plans.

Our Chery dealership opened last year and has already made a fantastic start. With the brand continuing to build momentum in the UK and our dealership performing strongly, we're now looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join the team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of an exciting growth story. Working closely with the Head of Business, you'll help drive the continued success of the dealership, develop the sales team and ensure we make the most of the opportunities ahead.

The role

As Sales Manager, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day leadership and performance of the sales department. You'll support the Head of Business in delivering sales and profitability objectives while creating an environment where the team can perform at their best.

You'll be responsible for coaching, motivating and developing the sales team, monitoring performance against targets and helping to identify opportunities to grow both volume and profitability.

You'll also ensure that our customers receive an excellent experience throughout their journey with us, while maintaining high standards of compliance and manufacturer performance.

About You

We're looking for someone with strong automotive sales experience who combines commercial awareness with a genuine ability to lead, motivate and develop people. You may already be an established Sales Manager, or you could be an experienced Senior Sales Executive or Business Manager who's ready to take the next step into sales management.

You’ll be confident working with targets and performance data, comfortable taking ownership and making things happen, and able to bring energy and focus to a growing team.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who sees the opportunity in joining a relatively new brand that's already performing well – and wants to play a real part in where we take it next.
