Job summary

You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, manage showroom displays and merchandising, review bids and pricing, and collaborate with purchasing, operations and accounting to ensure customer satisfaction and profitable sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop sales staff across multiple sales departments
• Oversee daily sales operations including customer service, estimating, special orders, and sales follow-up
• Manage showroom appearance, product displays, samples, and merchandising
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, remodelers, and vendors
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships
• Work with customers to resolve complaints, delivery concerns, product issues, and jobsite challenges
• Review bids, margins, pricing, and special-order accuracy
• Understand blueprint takeoffs, material estimating, and product recommendations
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and pricing
• Participate in builder meetings, networking events, jobsite visits, and customer appointments
• Coordinate employee scheduling, training, coaching, and performance reviews
• Work with purchasing, operations, and accounting to ensure customer satisfaction and profitable growth
