About the Sales Manager Position

As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will be a:

  • Guide for families and older adults — helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in, both inside and outside our community.
  • Team player — working with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads from medical, financial, legal professionals, religious leaders, and other local organizations.
  • Partner — collaborating with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed revenue and occupancy goals.

Brookdale supports our Sales associates through:

  • 3-week onboarding & orientation with in-depth instruction, coaching, ongoing education, and customized marketing tools.
  • Opportunity for tuition reimbursement to support professional growth.
  • Network of nearly 675 communities across 41 states.

This role is ideal for a sales leader seeking career advancement or an experienced Sales Manager wanting to join a mission-driven organization where you can contribute meaningfully.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant sales experience; Senior Living experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.
