Overview

Position: Sales Manager Bench at Brookdale Senior Living, Greater Federal Way, WA District. Prior sales experience in senior living (Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living) required. Travel within the district expected.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in training to develop senior living sales skills and demonstrate proficiency in sales and marketing.
  • Maintain and improve occupancy levels through effective sales processes, prospect engagement, and community outreach.
  • Coordinate sales activities, conduct presentations, and manage leads to facilitate move-ins.
  • Develop relationships with referral sources and community partners to generate leads.
  • Represent the community at events and in the local market to increase awareness.
  • Assist in resident retention and marketing plan execution.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred; experience may substitute.
  • 2-5 years sales experience, preferably in senior living or related sectors.
  • Valid driver’s license for travel.
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, Medicare/Medicaid, and state regulations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Physical Demands & Conditions
  • Standing, walking, sitting, lifting up to 25 pounds, and travel required.
  • Interaction with residents, staff, and vendors in various settings.
