Job summary

Campfire, headquartered in San Francisco, seeks a Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives and own quota attainment for the group. You will coach closers through complex, consultative sales cycles and help build a scalable sales motion from an early foundation.

You will hire, onboard, and ramp AEs, refine the MEDDPICC playbook, forecast with discipline, manage the pipeline, and partner with Marketing, Product, and Solutions Consultants to win.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing a quota-carrying AE team with a track record of hitting targets.
• Strong record closing B2B SaaS deals, ideally mid-market or enterprise.
• Experience holding AEs accountable for self-sourced outbound prospecting in a full-cycle motion.
• Familiarity with ERP/finance/fintech workflows and modern sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Own team forecast, manage pipeline, and drive quarterly quota attainment.
• Coach AEs through full-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals with CFOs and finance leaders.
• Run deal reviews, maintain CRM hygiene, and report team performance to leadership.
