We are recruiting on behalf of a confidential client, a pioneering player in AI and semiconductor IP, a Sales Manager to lead strategic growth across the U.S., with a focus on the Bay Area tech ecosystem.

This is a critical role with direct influence on market expansion, customer strategy, and revenue performance. You’ll own key relationships and be expected to close high-value IP deals with leading SoC customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive IP licensing sales strategies and deliver measurable revenue growth
• Build and manage long-term relationships with top-tier semiconductor customers
• Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting through to deal closure
• Align closely with internal product, marketing, and support teams
• Track sales metrics, forecast accurately, and identify growth opportunities
• Represent the business at major industry events and customer meetings
• Deliver at least one IP contract in your first 12 months

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of semiconductor or deep tech sales experience
• Strong background in IP licensing, contracts, and royalty models
• Knowledge of AI technology and the semiconductor ecosystem
• Proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
