About the Role

Responsibilities

Client and Contractor Experience
  • Liaise between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including C-level.
  • Understand client business objectives and challenges to provide strategic guidance.
  • Build long-term relationships by adding value and understanding needs.
  • Upsell additional solutions to enhance client business growth.
  • Provide best practices and efficiency recommendations for virtual engagements.
  • Develop and follow up on action plans with clients and contractors.
  • Stay current through educational opportunities and professional networks.
  • Manage contract changes and crisis situations with emotional intelligence.
Organization & Follow Through
  • Use CRM tools effectively, updating activities and deal statuses regularly.
  • Manage schedules and time efficiently.
  • Be proficient with necessary tools for remote work.
Operational Responsibilities
  • Match contractors with clients for successful long-term relationships.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication records.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve overall experience.
  • Conduct routine account reviews to identify opportunities for growth.

Working Conditions

Remote work from a dedicated, distraction-free space. Standard hours are Monday-Friday, with some travel possible.

This is a full-time, exempt W-2 position with BELAY, offering a vibrant culture and engaging work environment.
