The Sales Manager, Account Director will be responsible for selling DSV's transportation and logistics services to prospective clients. They will collaborate with sales and other departments to meet customer needs and achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills and industry knowledge.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  2. Identify and pursue potential clients, including cold-calling and prospecting.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-up and meetings.
  4. Coordinate with operations to fulfill customer requirements.
  5. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
  6. Manage sales pipeline and keep CRM data updated.
  7. Stay informed on industry trends and provide feedback to management.

Educational Background / Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in transportation and logistics.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven sales success in logistics industry.
  • Knowledge of international trade and regulations.
  • Experience in freight forwarding or customs brokerage.

Language Skills

Fluent in English (oral and written).

Computer Literacy

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, preferably Salesforce.

At Will Employment

Employees are hired on an indefinite basis, and employment can be terminated at any time for any lawful reason. Montana residents require just cause for termination.

Compensation: $70,500 - $105,500 annually, based on experience and other factors.
