What You’ll Do:
Client Leadership & Business Growth
  • Serve as the senior strategic partner for top-tier clients—nurturing relationships from first pitch to long-term partnership.

  • Lead the development of robust, insight-driven experiential strategies that achieve business objectives and set new benchmarks.

  • Drive organic and net-new growth, identifying white space and pitching bold, innovative ideas that reinforce CNC’s industry leadership.

  • Oversee multiple marquee accounts with a focus on growth, retention, and measurable impact.Author, negotiate, and manage complex scopes of work and multi-stream budgets. Advocate for smart investment and resource alignment.

Organizational Strategy & Executional Excellence
  • Own cross-functional leadership across large-scale activations—ensuring strategic cohesion across creative, production, strategy, and client services.

  • Set the standard for delivery—keeping all work on brief, on budget, and ahead of expectations.

  • Shape and review high-level client presentations, clearly articulating creative vision, strategic insights, and ROI.

  • Leverage data and KPIs to measure success, influence client reporting, and optimize future initiatives.

  • Anticipate and address financial and operational challenges, applying strategic prioritization to maintain margins and excellence.

Team Leadership & Agency Impact
  • Lead, coach, and elevate Account Directors, Managers, and Coordinators—ensuring team growth, morale, and performance.

  • Champion CNC’s internal processes, optimizing workflows for efficiency, scalability, and quality.

  • Help evolve internal account service standards and best practices—creating tools, templates, and rituals that raise the bar and culture.Collaborate with senior leadership to align client success with CNC’s broader vision and business goals.

  • Bring forward industry intelligence, best-in-class case studies, and new formats that inspire internal teams and differentiate CNC’s offerings.

Hard Skills
  • Client & Business Leadership:Deep experience with high-profile brands and multimillion-dollar accounts. You’re a trusted advisor to C-level clients, helping them chart a path toward brand transformation.
