We are seeking an experienced, goal‑oriented Sales Manager to lead our team of trained sales solution specialists. The ideal candidate has a strong background in high‑ticket sales, proven leadership capability, and a commitment to coaching and performance improvement. This role offers significant earning potential, with top performers exceeding $150,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales team and individual metrics and KPI’s
• Shadowing in home sales as to provide coaching
• Develop and execute improvement plans for underperforming representatives
• Conduct sales training, coaching, and call‑score reviews
• Lead team initiatives to improve overall close ratesEnsure full CRM accuracy and compliance
• Around 70% field and 30% office based

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high‑ticket, one‑call close sales experience with documented results
• 2+ years of mentoring, training, or shadowing sales representatives
• Experience with field training and ride‑along
• Proficiency with Siro, Rilla, or similar coaching platforms
• Demonstrated success improving underperforming sales reps
• Experience leading sales meetings, huddles, and 1:1 coaching sessions
