The Sales Manager will lead a growing team of sales representatives within the court reporting industry, responsible for driving sales growth and managing a substantial book of business. This role requires both industry knowledge and strong leadership skills to navigate a unique sales environment characterized by relationship-based selling. This performance profile and associated SMART goals are designed to ensure that the candidate not only integrates successfully into the team but also leverages their skills to enhance sales effectiveness in a relationship-driven and technology-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business valued at approximately $50 million.
  • Drive year-over-year sales growth of 15%.
  • Foster individual relationships with team members to tailor coaching and development.
