Steinhafels Furniture is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our sales team at our Merrillville, IN store. As a Professional Sales Associate, you’ll help customers select furniture, arrange financing, and coordinate final delivery while delivering excellent service.

This role offers full commission with no cap, plus a $15/hour bonus during your first 4 pay periods of training, and quarterly/annual bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and presenting products.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

As a Sales Professional, you will work with customers to guide them in selecting furniture, arranging financing and setting up final delivery. You’ll need a positive attitude and great organizational skills.

You must be comfortable using and training on computers and be available to work standard retail business hours, including nights and weekends, when our customers shop the most.
