We are working with the world's leading manufacturer of complete, modular microprocessor development tools. Their tools are integral to the success of top-tier companies in industries such as automotive, space, telecommunications, and semiconductors. As Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting and growing their customer base across the US West Coast.

Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide both technical and commercial support to customers
• Present and demonstrate our products effectively
• Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on quotations
• Plan, organize, and attend industry trade fairs and exhibitions
• Establish new customer relationships and nurture long-term, trusted partnerships
• Drive business growth into new sectors and markets
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams at headquarters

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Technical Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Strong knowledge of hardware-related software (required)
• Proven experience in technical sales
• Familiarity with debuggers for embedded applications (preferred)
• Experience with TRACE32 systems is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the US and occasionally to Germany
• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly detail-oriented
