About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a passion for building customer relationships, and the ability to develop strategic sales plans.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to exceed performance targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and adjust tactics as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
  • Ensure CRM and sales tools are effectively used and maintained.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
