We are recruiting for a prestigious client bases out at Jaipur in the hospitality industry for the role of Assistant Sales Manager.
Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager
Job Description:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet revenue and market share targets. Identify new business opportunities, set sales targets, and create strategies to achieve them.
- Team Management & Leadership: Manage and lead the Project Sales team by recruiting, training, and managing performance. Set targets, provide guidance, and ensure the team is motivated to achieve objectives.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing concerns and ensuring their needs are met. Regular communication and engagement with clients to understand their preferences.
- Identifying New Potential Clients: Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and expand the client base.
- Sales Leads Management: Effectively manage sales leads by nurturing and converting them into sales. Implement strategies to improve lead management and provide ongoing sales team training.
- Customer Feedback Management: Handle customer feedback, addressing concerns quickly and efficiently. Use feedback to improve products, services, and sales processes.
- Representing the Company: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, stay updated on trends, and promote company offerings.
- Compliance with Policies & Standards: Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations, maintaining ethical standards in all dealings.
Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of total experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years in hospitality or FMCG industries.
Salary-Up to 60K per month (based on experience)
