Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Southeast

Expected Duration: Full time - FTE

Salary: $61,000 to $70,000 Per Year

Summary

Seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive channel sales growth, manage distributor relationships, and expand market coverage across the Southeast region. This role focuses on partner development, account management, pipeline growth, and technical sales support within a mechanical/electrical product environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional channel sales strategies
• Manage and grow relationships with distributors and channel partners
• Identify and onboard new channel partners
• Achieve regional sales and revenue growth targets
• Support partners with product knowledge, pricing, and quotations
• Develop account plans, forecasts, and sales goals
• Track pipeline activity and customer interactions in HubSpot
• Attend trade shows and travel throughout assigned territory

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of outside sales or channel sales experience
• Experience with distributor management or channel partner sales
• Knowledge of pumps, electrical control panels, or mechanical/electrical products
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and ERP systems
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel frequently
