Job description

The company is a $40M privately held, full-service manufacturer of decorative injection molded components and assemblies for the automotive industry. With over 60 years of experience, they are financially stable with a strong growth trajectory that can offer a growth-oriented career for the right professional. This is a remote position with heavy travel into Mexico.

A qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor of Science degree, Master’s degree would be a plus
• Six (6+) years of experience in an automotive tier I or tier II supplier of tight tolerance injection molded components
• Previous engineering experience and/or a track record of delivering technical sales through engineers
• Experience with painting, insert molding, two-shot molding and/or etching would be a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) would be a plus
