Job description

Key role responsibilities

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for nVent products, including their applications, supporting functions such as Business Development, Partnerships, and Sales within the Data Solutions domain.
  • Work with Sales Leader to create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Manage and expand business operations in Taiwan.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Organize product training sessions for customers and partners.
  • Oversee strategic development and implementation for the Data Solutions vertical in Taiwan.
  • Provide market-specific intelligence and feedback on products and services to management.
  • Keep superiors informed about significant developments, situations, and decisions requiring approval.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Ensure that Salesforce (SFDC) is consistently updated with accurate and current information, including customer data, sales activities, and pipeline status.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop client solutions.
Qualifications and experience
  • University Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering
  • 10 years of working experience in Data Solutions.
  • Previously worked in teams and a good team player
  • Willing to travel for business trips or take up regional roles if the role expands.
Preferred skills
  • Strong Data Solution background, preferably in a commercial position
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and complex analytical skills.
  • Experience in cooling solutions, cabling, or power distribution for Data solutions is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must have a strong customer orientation.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude.
