Position Overview

We are seeking a highly technical and driven Sales Manager to support and sell Clients equipment(Thermal fluid heaters / hot oil heaters / Heater systems for asphalt terminals and plants) across the Southeastern U.S. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of industrial equipment and be capable of providing accurate technical information to customers.

While candidates do not need to be based in Chattanooga, they must reside somewhere in the Southeastern U.S. and be willing to travel regionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales opportunities for Client’s equipment (Thermal fluid heaters / hot oil heaters )within the Southeastern U.S.
• Provide technical consultation and solutions to customers regarding equipment capabilities and applications.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge of Thermal Fluid Heaters , Steam Generators , Combustion Chambers & Burners and similar industrial equipment.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate technical support and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, quotes, and project plans.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong technical background, ideally in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering (formal 4-year degree not required).
• Proven experience in technical sales of industrial equipment (ideally 3+ years).
• Background or working knowledge in combustion, heat transfer, steam generation, or fluid dynamics is highly desirable.
• Candidates with heavy equipment technical sales experience are welcome to apply, provided they are smart, adaptable, and willing to learn Heatec equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to customers.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while managing a sales territory.

• Must reside in the Southeastern U.S. (GA, FL, AL, TN, NC, SC, MS, AR, LA, or nearby states).
