About the Job

Immediate need for a talented Sales Manager to handle the territory of Southern IL and Southern IN. This is a remote sales position with our home office located in Barrington, IL. Travel is required within your territory with occasional trips to Barrington. Please review the job description below and contact us ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range

$60k - $100k + Commission including expense reimbursement for business travel. Employee benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid holidays, and paid vacation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales activity by referring to the RMB playbook for plant calls, principal capabilities, and sales targets.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Learn about our principals and stay updated on our products and services.
• Identify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential customers.
• Coordinate site visits and trips with principals to learn product knowledge.
• Maintain sales pipeline and update information in HubSpot CRM, with support from the inside team.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Participate in territory review calls with RMB staff and team calls with principals.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Use tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn effectively to achieve sales goals.
• Refer to the RMB playbook for target equipment and focus areas in each plant type.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients.
• Take ownership of customer relationships and opportunities, collaborating with principals as needed.
