What's the Job?

• Manage the workload of the inside sales team and distribute tasks efficiently among team members to minimize customer wait times and maximize order opportunities.
• Work directly with customers in special situations to secure large bid opportunities and ensure customer expectations are met by the staff.
• Handle upset customers professionally and work towards resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist with inside sales and customer service tasks when team members are unavailable or workload demands increase.
• Review quotes to ensure accurate pricing and product offerings to secure orders effectively.

What's Needed?
